Notice of City Council Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Holdrege will hold a Public Hearing at 6:01 p.m. on Tuesday, the 4th day of August 2026, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska. Council members will receive comments on the rezoning of Lots Pt. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6; Block 6; Holdrege Lincoln Addition (commonly known as 523 Lincoln Street) from R-2 (Multi-Family Residential) to C-3 (Service Commercial).

All interested parties may appear to be heard at said time and place. The hearing is open, and the public is invited to attend.
